Technical Committees

The Technical Committees (TCs) of the Asia Pacific Signal and Information Processing Association (APSIPA) form the technical backbone of the Association. They foster innovation, collaboration, and leadership across key areas of signal and information processing.

APSIPA currently has 9 Technical Committees, established to promote and advance the technical objectives of the Association.

Role of Technical Committees

Each Technical Committee brings together researchers, practitioners, and educators with shared technical interests.
Through their activities, APSIPA TCs play a vital role in:

• Shaping the technical programs of the APSIPA Annual Summit and Conference (ASC)
• Supporting high‑quality scholarly publications
• Recognizing technical excellence through awards and distinctions
• Promoting emerging research topics and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Contributing to education, outreach, and community building across the Asia–Pacific region

By convening experts from academia, industry, and government, APSIPA Technical Committees provide an inclusive and dynamic platform for advancing both fundamental theory and impactful applications.

1. Contact the Chair(s) of the Technical Committee you are interested in, and
2. Attend and actively participate in the APSIPA Annual Summit and Conference (APSIPA ASC), where most TC activities and meetings take place.
